Windows phone always returns to home screen after working on it for sometime…this should not happen as it disturbs and breaks continuity. Only ever do a clean install of Windows when changing to another major version, like Windows 8.1.1 to Windows 10. Don’t see myself ever reinstalling Windows 10 on my Surface Pro 2. Windows 10 inbuilt features for splitting your monitor into 2 or more working screens. If you like to work with several windows like One for web browsing, Second for a youtube video, third for MS Word, fourth for mail. Then you can make complete 4 screens and work on each of them and all of them will be visible to you at the same time and no need to minimize any of them. Too often, though, I see people switch back and forth between different tabs or apps, when what they really need is to display two apps at once. If you\u2019re fortunate enough to have multiple devices or monitors, use your additional device or screen to display an app or browser window.<\/p>\n
